Dear Fellow Miami Beach Residents
I am not a seasoned politician. After months of discussions with activist and frustrated voters in our city, I decided to run for the City Commission and challenge the incumbent, Ricky Arriola. He has been out of touch with the residents and needs to be replaced.
As a longtime resident, I know Miami Beach’s neighborhoods very well, having resided on Ocean Drive, West Avenue, South of 5th Street, Flamingo Park, and now North Beach. This experience has given me local knowledge and a genuine feel for residents’ concerns and each neighborhood’s needs.
I am here to listen to you, the residents, and I am asking for your support.
We are on the brink of financial crisis brought on by a bloated budget and a failing real estate market. During the past four years our city’s headlines have been riddled with beach closures, violent crime, and many inexcusable scandals involving the incumbent.
